Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Design Lead who can drive the visual direction of brands and campaigns. The ideal candidate should be a strong creative thinker with the ability to lead a team, transform briefs into impactful designs, and ensure excellence across all creative deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative direction for branding, digital marketing, social media, and campaign projects.
- Guide and mentor designers, writers, and creative team members to deliver high-quality work.
- Develop innovative concepts and visual solutions aligned with client and brand objectives.
- Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and brand compliance.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and internal teams to understand requirements and execute effectively.
- Manage project timelines, workloads, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stay updated with design, advertising, and digital trends to bring fresh ideas into projects.

Creative Leadership & Project Delivery – Drive creative excellence by leading the team to deliver innovative, high-quality branding, digital, and campaign creatives that meet business objectives and are delivered within timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of branding, layout design, typography, and visual communication.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in agency environments is highly preferred.

Experience:
- 7–8 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and creative execution.
- 2–3 years of experience in team handling and creative leadership.
- Agency experience preferred.
