Job Description
Laptop City is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptop solutions.
Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and assist them in selecting laptops and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Keep the showroom organized and presentable.
- Coordinate with the team regarding stock availability and deliveries.
Requirements
- 10+2 / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of laptops and computers is preferred.
- Sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
