About the Company

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our corporate network, generate qualified leads, and build long-term business relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Connect with HR professionals, Learning & Development (L&D) teams, Training Heads, CXOs, business owners, educational institutions, and event organizers.
- Promote Dr. Jitesh Gadhia's corporate training programs, keynote sessions, workshops, and coaching solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Lead generation and client acquisition.
- Corporate sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Confidence in making cold calls and handling client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
