Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Performance Executive / PPC Executive with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and campaign optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in PPC/Performance Marketing.
- Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.
