Job Summary:
Responsible for managing customer accounts, product development, order execution, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction for Walmart and US retail buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Walmart and other US retailer accounts.
- Coordinate product development from concept to shipment.
- Review tech packs, costing sheets, and buyer requirements.
- Liaise with buyers regarding approvals, timelines, and product updates.
- Coordinate with sampling, sourcing, production, and quality teams.
- Monitor critical paths and order execution.
- Negotiate timelines and resolve buyer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with Walmart vendor requirements.
- Prepare order status reports and shipment updates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of merchandising experience with Walmart or US retailers.
- Strong understanding of apparel sourcing and product development.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Experience handling large-volume retail programs.
Pay: ₹13,217.09 - ₹48,754.81 per month
Work Location: In person
