Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with menu selection.
- Take customer orders accurately and generate bills using the POS system.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods properly.
- Serve tea, snacks, and food items at the counter or dining area as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and customer service area.
- Refill display items, takeaway materials, and service essentials when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order flow.
- Inform the manager about customer complaints, shortages, or operational issues.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the counter.
- Maintain grooming, discipline, and professional behavior during duty hours.
- Support team members during rush hours and operational requirements.
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
