Job Summary
The Training & Placement Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all training and placement activities of the institution. The role focuses on enhancing students' employability, building strong industry relationships, organizing campus recruitment drives, internships, career guidance programs, and ensuring maximum placement opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Placement Activities
Develop and implement annual placement strategies.
Invite companies for campus recruitment drives.
Coordinate pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and interviews.
Achieve annual placement targets.
Maintain placement records and placement statistics.
2. Industry Relations
Develop partnerships with industries, hospitals, hotels, airlines, and corporate organizations.
Establish and renew Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
Build long-term relationships with recruiters.
Organize industry visits and employer interactions.
3. Student Training
Prepare annual training calendars.
Coordinate aptitude, reasoning, communication, soft skills, technical skills, interview skills, and personality development training.
Organize resume writing and mock interview sessions.
Monitor students' training progress.
4. Internship Coordination
Arrange internships for eligible students.
Coordinate with organizations for internship opportunities.
Monitor internship completion and evaluation.
Maintain internship records.
5. Career Guidance
Conduct career counselling sessions.
Guide students on higher education and career opportunities.
Organize career fairs and employability workshops.
6. Placement Documentation
Maintain student placement database.
Prepare company-wise placement reports.
Maintain recruiter feedback and student feedback.
Submit monthly and annual reports to Management.
7. Alumni Relations
Maintain alumni placement records.
Strengthen alumni networking.
Invite alumni for guest lectures and mentoring sessions.
8. Employer & Student Coordination
Communicate placement schedules to students and recruiters.
Ensure students meet company eligibility criteria.
Coordinate interview logistics and hospitality for recruiters.
9. Accreditation & Compliance
Maintain placement data required for NAAC, NBA, ISO, and University inspections.
Prepare documentation for audits and accreditation visits.
Required Qualifications
MBA (HR/Marketing) / MBA / MHRM / MSW or any Master's Degree.
3–5 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate HR, Recruitment, or Career Services.
Experience in educational institutions is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
