Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations in the PEB manufacturing plant, including recruitment, attendance, payroll support, employee relations, statutory compliance, manpower coordination, and administrative activities. The role requires experience in handling workmen, contractors, shift employees, and factory HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Handle manpower recruitment for plant operations, production, stores, QC, maintenance, and support departments.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and employee files.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Attendance & Payroll
- Monitor biometric attendance and shift attendance.
- Maintain leave records, overtime, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounts/Payroll team.
- Verify contractor manpower attendance and billing data.
Statutory Compliance
- Maintain employee records as per factory compliance requirements.
- Support compliance activities related to:
- PF
- ESI
- PT
- Labour License
- Factory Act
- Contract Labour Act
- Assist during labour inspections and audits.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure implementation of company rules, safety policies, and discipline.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Maintain healthy relations between management and workmen.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee database.
- Prepare monthly HR reports:
- Manpower
- Attrition
- Attendance
- Leave
- Recruitment status
- Support performance appraisal and increment activities.
Administration Support
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen activities.
- Monitor contractor compliance and gate pass records.
- Support visitor management and employee documentation.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and factory HR practices
- Experience in attendance and payroll coordination
- MS Excel and HR documentation knowledge
- Ability to handle workmen and shift operations
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
Qualification
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR
- Any Degree with relevant HR experience

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
