As a Design Engineer (NX) - Gas Turbines, you will develop and maintain engineering designs for gas turbine packaging and auxiliary systems, supporting projects across their full lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to create high-quality design deliverables while ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards and customer requirements.
Your role will focus on 3D modeling, detailing, drawing generation, and engineering documentation, contributing to the successful execution of turbomachinery projects.

Develop 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation for gas turbine packaging and auxiliary systems using NX.

Prepare and maintain General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, piping layouts, and pipe isometrics.

Support migration of legacy 2D drawings into 3D models while maintaining drawing accuracy and revision control.

Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy engineering standards, drafting guidelines, and quality requirements.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to support design reviews, production queries, and project execution activities.

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience with NX, AutoCAD, Teamcenter (PLM2020/Globus), and related CAD/PLM tools.

Experience working on Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, or other turbomachinery products, preferably within the Oil & Gas domain.

Strong knowledge of GD&T, drafting standards, modeling, and detailing practices.

Working knowledge of turbomachinery packaging, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, P&IDs, baseplates, and auxiliary systems.

Understanding of engineering documentation, drawing control, and change management processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with attention to detail and quality.
You will be part of a global engineering team supporting the design and development of gas turbine packaging and auxiliary systems. The team works closely with manufacturing, project execution, and engineering functions to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions for energy projects worldwide.
