We are looking for a customer-obsessed Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business through personalized service. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for fashion trends and excels at building long-term relationships with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of "High Net Worth" (HNI) and repeat customers. Proactively reach out regarding new arrivals, seasonal collections, and private sales.
- Styling Assistance: Provide personalized fashion consultation and wardrobe suggestions based on customer preferences, body type, and occasion.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding fit, fabric quality, and design trends to share with the design and production teams.
- Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for custom orders, alterations, and exchanges, ensuring timely delivery and precision.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle grievances with empathy and speed, turning potentially negative experiences into opportunities for brand advocacy.
- Loyalty Programs: Enroll customers in loyalty schemes and educate them on benefits, points redemption, and exclusive tier rewards.
- Omnichannel Support: Assist customers across various platforms, including in-store, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
