Overview
Build The Blueprint and Arc & Eden are looking for a Graphic Designer / Design & Brand Associate to lead and manage visual communication across digital and physical mediums.
We are looking for someone with prior graphic design experience and a strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts and print production. Beyond execution, the role involves concept development, creative ideation and translating ideas into cohesive visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Identity
- Maintain and evolve the visual language of Build The Blueprint and Arc & Eden.
- Develop concepts and visual systems for campaigns, events and presentations.
- Ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Digital Design
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories and announcements.
- Create graphics for speaker reveals, campaigns and promotions.
- Assist with website assets and digital communication material.
Print & Event Design
- Design certificates, badges, lanyards, signages and event collateral.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Develop stage graphics, exhibition boards and physical communication material.
Presentation & Editorial Design
- Create pitch decks, presentations and documents.
- Work on layouts and editorial compositions.
- Support visual storytelling and communication.
Creative Ideation
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development.
- Translate ideas into visual narratives.
- Explore new ways of communicating stories and experiences.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of typography, composition and layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to prepare print-ready artwork.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Adobe InDesign.
- Figma.
- Canva.
- Basic motion graphics knowledge.
- Experience with editorial or presentation design.
- Interest in architecture, interiors or design culture.
