Hiring: Future Business Leader – Sales & Marketing
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and growth-oriented Future Business Leader (Sales & Marketing) to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong career in sales, marketing, business development, and leadership, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities and eventually lead a business function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, customers, and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Gradually develop and lead a high-performing sales & marketing team.
