Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Engineer with 2–5 years of manufacturing experience to oversee production planning and ensure efficient production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing coordination. Experience in uPVC doors & windows or aluminium fabrication is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery schedules.
- Prepare and manage production plans based on customer requirements.
- Optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor production targets, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports, documentation, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Required Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in production planning is mandatory.
- Experience in uPVC doors & windows manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Candidates with aluminium fabrication/manufacturing experience will also be given preference.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
