About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong and enthusiastic Project Engineer to support students in developing academic and practical engineering projects. The role involves understanding student requirements, designing project solutions, guiding hardware and software development, troubleshooting, testing, and helping students successfully demonstrate their projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechanical Engineering, along with an interest in embedded systems, automation, robotics, and emerging technologies.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Key Responsibilities
Student Project Support
- Understand student project requirements and convert them into practical project concepts.
- Guide students in selecting suitable components, technologies, and project architectures.
- Provide technical mentoring while ensuring students understand the project rather than simply completing it for them.
- Help students with project planning, prototyping, testing, debugging, and final demonstration.
- Assist students in preparing project documentation, circuit diagrams, presentations, and technical reports.
Electronics
- Work with development platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and similar microcontroller/development boards.
- Assist with sensors, motors, relays, displays, communication modules, power supplies, and other electronic components.
- Develop and troubleshoot basic embedded applications.
- Interface hardware components with microcontrollers and development boards.
- Work on technologies such as IoT, automation, robotics, wireless communication, and sensor-based systems.
Programming & Software
- Basic-to-intermediate programming knowledge in C/C++, Arduino IDE, Python, or similar languages.
- Debug and modify existing code based on project requirements.
- Help students understand program logic, sensor interfacing, communication protocols, and hardware-software integration.
Project Development
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept models.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of projects.
- Identify technical problems and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain project components, tools, development boards, and laboratory equipment.
- Stay updated with new technologies and project ideas relevant to engineering students.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in project development, embedded systems, robotics, automation, electronics, or engineering project support.
Fresh graduates with good hands-on knowledge of Arduino/ESP32, electronics, programming, and engineering projects may also apply.

Compensation
Salary: Competitive and based on qualification, technical skills, and experience.
