WE ARE HIRING 1. Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Karnataka Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business expansion strategies across Karnataka. Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and business partners. Build and maintain long-term business relationships. Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities. Negotiate and finalize business partnerships. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Coordinate with the marketing team to support expansion activities. Represent Shubh Labh Distributions professionally in meetings and business events. Required Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Willing to travel across Karnataka. Experience in business development or sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
