Role and Responsibilities:
- 7+ Years of relevant experience in SEO & SMO.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists, providing mentorship and training to help them develop their skills and grow within the company.
- Implementing successful Digital Marketing strategies to enhance the business objectives (improve keyword position, online branding, web traffic improvement, conversation optimization).
- Should have expertise in keywords, link, backlink analysis/audit, and search engine results, new search engine behavior, on-page, off-page, etc.
- Identify key SEO KPIs.
- Worked on SaaS based projects
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate and other KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports regularly.
- Identify buyer person to a better target identified audiences.
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide Digital Marketing recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages (Site audit experience).
- Collaborate with web developers and marketing team.
- Must have knowledge in PPC campaigns to find high-converting keywords.
- Should have working experience in administrator search engine programs (XML Sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tool) for purpose of diagnostic reporting to client projects.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO Moz, Google Webmaster, Bing Webmaster, Majestic, Link Analysis tools like Ahrefs, competitor analysis tools, other link and keyword research tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with latest Google algorithm updates, AI SEO trends, Semantic SEO, EEAT, and Google SGE.
