Job Summary
Provide inside operational support to the sales team by handling order processing, quotations, customer follow-ups, documentation and CRM/ERP updates. Coordinate with production, stores and dispatch teams to ensure smooth sales operations and timely customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process customer purchase orders in the ERP/system.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and sales order acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with production, stores and dispatch teams to confirm delivery schedules.
- Follow up with customers on delivery status and resolve shipment-related queries.
- Maintain customer master data, price lists and product catalogues.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales MIS reports for the sales team.
- Handle customer calls and emails and route them to the relevant executives.
- Support field executives with product brochures and required documentation.
Requirements
- Any Graduate; commerce or business background preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- ERP experience in order processing, such as SAP, Tally or similar.
- Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Quotation and invoice preparation skills.
- Strong customer communication through email and phone.
- Good documentation and attention to detail.
- English and Tamil communication skills.
Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹26,700.00 per month
