Pride Motors is looking for enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to handle customer interactions, follow-ups, and support the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with customers for vehicle delivery, service reminders, and feedback.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM / Excel.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve customer queries.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls after vehicle sales or service.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / Any Degree).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel).
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
