Laptop Purchase Executive Source and procure laptops and accessories from authorised distributors, grey market vendors, and cash-and-carry suppliers at the best available price and quality Compare supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and maintain a live price tracker to ensure GoFix always purchases at competitive rates Coordinate with the SCM Head and store teams to understand demand, raise purchase orders on time, and ensure stock availability across all 26 branches Inspect incoming laptop inventory for physical condition, model accuracy, and completeness before accepting delivery Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; identify new vendors to expand the sourcing network and reduce dependency on single sources Track pending orders, follow up on delayed shipments, and update IPOS with accurate purchase and stock-in data Maintain proper purchase documentation including invoices, warranty cards, serial numbers, and GRN records Must be willing to travel to supplier markets (Ritchie Street, Sowcarpet, and other trade hubs in Chennai) as required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
