Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Promote Astitva Multipurpose Services Pvt. Ltd.'s services directly to prospective clients, including:
- Housekeeping Services
- Manpower Solutions , Event Management
- Security Services
- Catering
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and business presentations with potential clients.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular interactions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized service solutions.
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and tender-related documents.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to improve business strategies.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby locations.
