Computer knowledge
· Should know How MIS excel(Advance excel)
· There is a basic Questionnaire checklist-he should be able to answer that, this contains basic questions on following formulas such as-hashtag#vlookup (When not to use Vlookup), hashtag#Hlookup, IF, hashtag#SUMIF, hashtag#Concatenate, Import range.
· He should know how to compare two Diff sheets and align functions
· Good adaptability to migrate to google doc-as there is similarity to MIS but some functions are different.
· Knowledge about coding and AI tools – how to use especially Claude
Job description
· Develop new systems-on the basis of design that has been introduced in the TECH course of BCI-as that is what we have to follow.
· To understand limitations of the design and find ways to overcome it as our processes are different-there are many variables and on/off tasks that defy any slotting into weekly/monthly or yearly.
· G-form creation
· Know how to link google sheet data from one file to another.
· Must be able to develop audit trail feature or exception reports from the system develop
· All the FMS,PMS, & response file must be designed in such a way that he can develop systems for doers.
Experience- 2-3 years
