Job Description – Motor Winding & Electrical Assembly Technician Position
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Motor Winding & Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. The candidate will be involved in motor winding, assembly, and electrical wiring activities for various electromechanical applications. This role requires attention to detail, practical skills, and willingness to work on precision motor and electrical assembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Motor Winding Operations
- Perform motor winding activities based on provided winding diagrams and technical instructions.
- Ensure accuracy and quality during coil winding and insulation processes.
Motor & Component Assembly
- Work on motor assembly including stator and rotor assembly.
- Assist in mechanical and electrical fitting, alignment, and final assembly of motors.
Wiring Harness Fabrication
- Design and fabricate wiring harnesses for various applications as per drawings and specifications.
- Carry out wire cutting, routing, sleeving, and termination activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly work.
- Ability to read and follow winding diagrams and assembly instructions.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
Added Advantage (Preferred Skills)
Candidates having basic knowledge or experience in the following will be preferred:
- Soldering
- Wire crimping
- Multimeter usage and basic electrical testing
- Basic computer knowledge
