ROLE OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer with 1–3 years of experience in app growth and user acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience running performance marketing campaigns for mobile apps and be comfortable managing acquisition funnels, campaign optimization, and growth metrics at scale.
You will own performance marketing across Meta and Google, working closely with Product, Content, Design, and Data teams to drive app installs, engagement, and revenue growth across our consumer apps.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven experience inmobile app marketing and user acquisition campaignsacross Meta and Google.
- Must have independently managed and optimizeddaily advertising budgets of at least 20 Lakhs per daywith a strong focus on app installs, user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Experience working with consumer mobile apps, EdTech, Social, Gaming, FinTech, HealthTech, or similar app-based businesses
- Proven experience running app install and app engagement campaigns
Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets with measurable business outcomes
Platform Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google App Campaigns (UAC/App Campaigns)
- Understanding of app acquisition, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
Experience with Apple Search Ads is a plusAnalytics & Attribution
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar attribution tools
- Understanding of CAC, CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV, and conversion funnels
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize app growth campaigns across Meta and Google
- Drive app installs, registrations, engagement, and revenue growth
- Monitor and improve key growth metrics including CPI, CAC, ROAS, and retention
Collaborate with content and creative teams to test and scale winning creatives Conduct audience, bidding, and creative experiments to improve performance Work with product and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities Analyze user cohorts and campaign performance to improve acquisition quality Build scalable growth strategies for Capslock's app ecosystemKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
