We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable and high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in backend technologies, database management, and API development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB
- Build secure, scalable, and efficient RESTful APIs
- Integrate frontend and mobile applications with backend services
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Ensure data security and protection standards
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Node.js
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development
- Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth) and security practices
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Understanding of server-side architecture and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or similar
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile environments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of backend development experience
