Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Maintain proper storage and organization of materials in the store.
Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
Update inventory transactions in ERP/software systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for material availability.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Track damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory and report accordingly.
Maintain documentation such as GRN, stock registers, issue slips, and delivery notes.
Support logistics activities including dispatch and material movement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in store operations, inventory management, or warehouse management.
Knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
