Key Skills:
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, REST APIs, CI/CD, MongoDB/Cassandra/ElasticSearch.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
- Build REST APIs and distributed systems
- Work with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker & Kafka
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning & code reviews
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps & Engineering teams
- Follow Agile & CI/CD best practices
- Mentor junior developers (for senior candidates)
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot & Spring Framework
- Hands-on Microservices architecture experience
- AWS Cloud, Kubernetes & Docker exposure
- Kafka or messaging platform experience
- Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Good debugging, troubleshooting & communication skills
Preferred: eCommerce/Retail domain & team handling experience is plus
