About the Role
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Officers to join our growing property listing company. This is a remote opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales and enjoy interacting with customers over phone. You will be responsible for helping property owners, builders, and real estate agents promote their properties through our premium listing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Lead generation on your own
- Explain property listing plans and premium advertising packages.
- Generate new business and convert leads into paid customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, BPO, real estate, or customer acquisition.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional sales skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
Mandatory Skills
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Excellent negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
