We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking Office Administrator cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support. The candidate should possess basic computer skills, be willing to handle office errands, maintain office cleanliness, serve refreshments, and visit client locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, common areas, and washrooms, and perform any housekeeping duties as assigned by the management.
- Arrange and serve breakfast, tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees, guests, and clients on a daily basis.
- Purchase office stationery, pantry items, groceries, and other office requirements.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Visit client offices, banks, courier offices, government offices, and vendor locations for document collection, delivery, or any official work as required.
- Handle courier dispatches, postal services, and document filing.
- Receive visitors and guide them appropriately.
- Answer phone calls and take messages professionally.
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
- Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents as instructed.
- Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Assist in employee onboarding arrangements and office events.
- Ensure office assets are properly maintained.
- Follow office policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Be flexible and perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Computer Skills
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to prepare documents, maintain spreadsheets, and perform data entry.
- Basic internet browsing, email handling, and online form submissions.
- Knowledge of scanning, printing, photocopying, and document management.
Qualifications
- Minimum HSC/Graduate (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or office assistance is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Note: The employee should be willing to perform office administration, office assistance, client visits, pantry management, office upkeep, and any other official responsibilities assigned by the management as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
