Job Description :
Key Resposibilities :
Conduct detailed research on industries, markets, and high-potential companies
Identify and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
Build highly targeted prospect and company lists
Analyze competitor customer segments and positioning
Gather insights on market trends, demand, and opportunities
Work closely with sales teams to align research with business goals
Collect and validate company and decision-maker data
Segment prospects based on industry, size, geography, and need
Maintain and update structured databases and research records
Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
Use tools like LinkedIn, directories, and databases for research
Support go-to-market strategies with data-driven inputs
Continuously refine targeting strategies for better lead quality
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Strong research and analytical thinking ability
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools
Understanding of B2B markets and customer segmentation (preferred)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn
Problem-solving mindset with logical thinking
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
