- Designing and updating property brochures, flyers, and floor plans
- Creating graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website banners
- Developing layouts for construction site hoardings, billboards, and directional signage
- Formatting corporate PowerPoint presentations and investor pitch decks
- Maintaining brand consistency across different residential and commercial project tiers
- Designing internal stationery, letterheads, and corporate templates
- Preparing print-ready files and coordinating with external printing vendors
- Retouching and color-correcting architectural renders and site progress photography
- Organizing and maintaining the digital asset library of logos, photos, and templates
- Collaborating with copywriters, marketing teams, and sales executives on campaigns
- Participating in creative brainstorming sessions for new property launches and marketing events
