Duties
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project progress
- Manage client accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, sales pipelines, and service requests
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client needs efficiently and effectively
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth and assisting in proposal development
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining positive relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored client communications and engagement strategies
- Analyze client data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, account management, or customer service roles within SaaS (Software as a Service) or financial services industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen actively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of SaaS products, marketing strategies, and sales processes is highly desirable
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights and recommend actionable solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams through effective communication and problem-solving
