Job Summary
Axivonix Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers and internal users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and application-related problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support through phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
- Resolve technical problems within defined timelines.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and systems.
- Assist users with system, application, and connectivity issues.
- Identify recurring technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.
- Maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, and support activities.
- Follow standard troubleshooting and support procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and system issues.
- Ensure a positive support experience for users.
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of computers, Windows, and software applications.
- Understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and resolve technical issues.
- Good customer-service attitude.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
