Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and prospects.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Update and manage customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and follow ups.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and activities.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: MBA
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month
