Purpose of Position:
He provides the parts inspection ZP5 and ZP7. He leads the parts acceptance with suppliers.
Analyses the test data and holds talks with the technical development departments ECP and
VW
Quality expert to check all proto parts ZP5, ZP7
Knowledge on setting Q criteria, measurement, analysis & corrective actions
Info on audit, Quality standards for parts
Responsible for department ISO, QMS,
Coordinate with design, supplier, plant quality & vehicle testing to ensure quality of proto parts
are ensured. Check parts & suggest Q changes if required.

1. Controls: quality of purchased parts

10. Negotiated: elimination of diminished quality
11. Analysed: causes of diminished quality
12. Proposes: Elimination of diminished quality
13. Compiled: technical analysis of causes of diminished quality
14. Compiled: documents for complaint procedures
15. Suggests: quality goals
16. Evaluates: measured data
17. Defines: Measures to prevent malfunction
18. Proposes: stop production because of insufficient quality
