Screen candidates, run initial conversations, and assess culture fit
Close positions within tight timelines (yes, speed matters )
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles
Someone who can work independently and take ownership
Strong communication & people skills
- Has good network
Comfortable with LinkedIn sourcing & startup pace
Work directly with decision-makers (no red tape)
