Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled AVP- Growth & Retention to join
our growing team at Finvasia. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
marketing leader with 15+ years of experience in building and scaling digital
ecosystems across telecom, e-commerce, BFSI, and digital- first organizations.
This role will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, driving profitable
growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term value creation.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of performance marketing, brand
building, product alignment, and P&L ownership, with a proven ability to
transform marketing into a core revenue engine. The ideal candidate will be

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the overall marketing vision aligned with business
growth objectives
Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to company-
wide strategy and transformation
Drive full-funnel marketing strategy across acquisition, activation,
retention, and monetization
Growth & Performance Marketing
Lead data-driven customer acquisition strategies across paid media,
organic channels, and partnerships
Optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI through continuous experimentation and
analytics
Scale digital ecosystems including web and app growth
Digital & Product-Led Growth
Collaborate closely with product, tech, and analytics teams to drive user
experience and conversion improvements
Own app marketing strategy including installs, engagement, and retention
Integrate marketing automation and lifecycle programs to maximize
customer value
Brand & Customer Engagement
Build a strong, differentiated brand while ensuring performance alignment
Drive omnichannel customer engagement strategies across digital
touchpoints
Leverage insights and segmentation to deliver personalized customer
experiences
Revenue & P&L Ownership
Own marketing budgets with accountability for revenue outcomes and
profitability
Transform marketing into a measurable growth engine tied directly to
business KPIs
Forecast growth, allocate investments, and ensure efficient resource
utilization
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing teams
Foster a culture of agility, experimentation, and accountability
Manage cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external
partners/agencies
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in marketing and growth leadership roles
Proven track record across industries such as telecom, e-commerce, BFSI,
or digital agencies
Strong expertise in:
- Performance marketing (paid media, attribution, analytics)
- App marketing and digital growth ecosystems
- CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation
Demonstrated experience owning marketing P&L and driving revenue
impact
Ability to blend brand storytelling with performance-driven execution
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams
Qualifications & years of Experience:
Experience in scaling high-growth or digital-first businesses
Exposure to martech stack implementation and optimization
MBA or equivalent business qualification
