Nikhita Laboratories . manufactures high-purity advanced pharmaceutical intermediates and custom organic compounds. We are expanding our R&D team at our Kadechur industrial facility.
What You Will Do
- Run Reactions: Execute multi-step organic synthesis (nitrations, alkylations, condensations) from bench to multi-kilo scale.
- Troubleshoot Routes: Identify and fix reaction issues like unwanted isomer formations or yield drops.
- Analyze Data: Interpret HPLC chromatograms (retention times, related substances) to ensure client-ready purity.
- Document: Maintain clean batch records and generate accurate Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
What We Look For
- Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in an industrial R&D or Process Development lab.
- Core Skill: Strong hands-on crystallization, fractional precipitation, and handling of exothermic reactions.
