Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Chef position located in kozhikode. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food presentation meets established standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Additional responsibilities include menu creation, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Collaboration with the management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu creation
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen hygiene
- Experience in managing and supervising kitchen staff effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills for inventory control and efficient operations
- Creativity and innovation in developing unique dishes and enhancing the overall dining experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and management
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen; experience in Indian, continental, or multi-cuisine cooking is a plus
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
