Role Overview
A Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales (5+ years) and team management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
