Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Nu Count Academy, Taliparamba
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to contact prospective students, explain our courses, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Handle inbound calls and answer customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student information.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Degree.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
