ISG is a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm. Join our Training as Adoption Service (TaAS) team to design impactful learning solutions for enterprise clients.
Role Overview
As an Instructional Designer, you will design and develop transformative learning experiences that meet role-based and systems training needs. You will leverage Articulate Storyline, SAP Enable Now, and other learning technologies to create engaging learning pathways and digital adoption solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and clients to deliver high-quality learning content that drives user adoption and business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct learning needs analysis and develop role-based training curricula.

Design and develop blended learning solutions, including eLearning, ILT, VILT, QRGs, simulations, work instructions, SOPs, job aids, and digital adoption content.

Develop, maintain, and publish SAP Enable Now simulations, guided learning content, documentation, and performance support materials.

Create and maintain Articulate Storyline courses and SCORM-compliant learning packages.

Manage the end-to-end SAP Enable Now content lifecycle, including content creation, maintenance, version control, publishing, deployment, and ongoing content updates.

Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, production support, and issue resolution activities.

Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and validation of SAP Enable Now deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards, instructional design best practices, and organizational quality guidelines.

Review, validate, and approve learning deliverables prior to release, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business and client requirements.

Analyze SAP Enable Now Structure Export data to validate project files, documentation, and content hierarchy.

Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, user guides, job aids, and process documentation.

Manage SAP support tickets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP Enable Now application and content-related issues.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests related to SAP Enable Now content, documentation, and digital adoption initiatives.

Provide guidance and best practices for SAP Enable Now simulation development, content authoring, documentation standards, and digital adoption strategies.

Conduct SAP Enable Now end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and user enablement programs.

Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and project teams to ensure timely project execution and successful delivery.

Manage multiple projects, communicate risks proactively, prioritize competing deliverables, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Ensure all learning deliverables meet client expectations, instructional design standards, accessibility guidelines, and quality benchmarks.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance learning content, digital adoption, and user experience.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Training Development, or Digital Adoption projects.

Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now for developing simulations, guided learning content, documentation, work instructions, and digital adoption solutions.

Strong experience with Articulate Storyline for creating interactive eLearning courses and SCORM-compliant learning packages.

Proven expertise in designing and delivering role-based blended learning solutions, including eLearning, ILT, VILT, QRGs, simulations, SOPs, and performance support materials.

Experience managing the end-to-end SAP Enable Now content lifecycle, including content creation, maintenance, version control, publishing, deployment, and content governance.

Experience performing Quality Assurance (QA) and validating SAP Enable Now deliverables against client and organizational standards.

Ability to analyze SAP Enable Now Structure Export data for validating project files, documentation, and content hierarchy.

Experience coordinating with SAP functional and technical teams for system upgrades, issue resolution, and production support.

Hands-on experience managing SAP support tickets and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.

Strong documentation skills with experience creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, user guides, job aids, and process documentation.

Experience conducting SAP Enable Now end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and user enablement activities.

Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills with the ability to coordinate across business, technical, and project teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Experience with WalkMe or other Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) is an added advantage.

Demonstrated experience creating and implementing at least three end-to-end Articulate Storyline courses along with associated training deliverables.

Excellent attention to detail and strong command of American English (written and spoken).

Willingness to work night shifts.
