Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp and organized Lead Manager to join our team! Your main goal is to make sure every single lead—from online or offline—is tracked, contacted, and converted into a client.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage All Leads: Track every single lead coming from online and offline sources.
- Quick Follow-ups: Call and WhatsApp clients immediately to clear all the received queries related to our services.
- Content Writing: Write attractive messages and emails that grab attention and convert leads into clients.
- Update Software: Enter all lead details into our system (we will provide a demo and training).
- Manage Trackers: Keep daily sheets and reports updated so no data is lost.
- Fast Replies: Answer all emails and WhatsApp messages promptly. Make sure not a single lead is missed.
Requirements:
- Good Writing Skills: Ability to write professional and catchy messages for WhatsApp and Email.
- Clear Communication: Polite and confident when talking to clients on the phone.
- Highly Organized: Able to manage lists and trackers without making mistakes.
Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, and internal software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
