As a Senior Network Engineer within our India Global Capability Center (GCC) , you will partner closely with global infrastructure and cloud engineering teams to design, deploy, monitor, and maintain Columbia Sportswear’s enterprise, datacenter, and cloud networks.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones with international stakeholders. You will work alongside senior engineers and network architects to implement reliable, scalable, and secure network solutions that support our global business operations.
The position blends operations, engineering design, automation, and vendor engagement , requiring strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to self-prioritize in a dynamic environment.
You will also participate in a shared on - call rotation to support critical global network events.
Define, champion, and document best practices to enhance network reliability, performance, and security.
Develop automation scripts, workflows, and tools to streamline incident detection, triage, and resolution.
