- We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to drive end-to-end HR operations for our growing Bengaluru workforce — recruitment, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and payroll coordination.
- What we're looking for:
4–6 years of HR generalist experience
Strong grasp of Indian labour laws, PF/ESIC compliance, and HRMS platforms (Keka experience a plus)
Proven experience in recruitment, KRA/KPI frameworks, and employee lifecycle management
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Work Mode: On-site
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
