Job Overview
Maxservice Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Officer to oversee day-to-day operations at client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be able to manage manpower efficiently, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned client sites regularly.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment and attendance.
- Conduct routine site inspections and maintain service quality.
- Address client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for staffing and service requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Facility Management or Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willing to travel across Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹16,285.16 - ₹30,000.00 per month
