- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- Diploma/B.E. in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage
- PMP / Project Management Certification preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of handling both Civil and Electrical works for Bridge and Infrastructure projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Piling, Foundation Works, Concreting, Structural Fabrication, Erection, Electrical Installations, Illumination Works, HT/LT systems, and Project Execution from planning to commissioning.
The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, client coordination, contractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesCivil Works
- Manage and supervise:
- Pile Foundation Works
- Open Foundations
- Reinforcement & Shuttering Works
- Mass Concreting & Structural Concreting
- Pier, Abutment & Deck Construction
- Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection
- Protective Coating & Painting Works
- Review construction drawings and methodologies.
- Ensure quality compliance as per IRC, MORTH and relevant standards.
- Monitor subcontractors and site teams.
Electrical Works
- Execution of Bridge Illumination Projects.
- Installation of:
- HT/LT Cabling
- Distribution Panels
- Earthing Systems
- Lighting Poles & High Mast Systems
- Architectural & Decorative Lighting
- DMX & Smart Lighting Control Systems
- Coordination with Electrical Utilities and Clients.
- Testing & Commissioning of electrical installations.
Project Management
- Prepare project execution plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress against milestones.
- Resource planning including manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Cost monitoring and budget control.
- Vendor and subcontractor management.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Conduct project review meetings.
- Ensure timely billing, measurement certification, and payment follow-up.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Client, Consultant, PMC, NHAI, PWD, Railways, and Government Authorities.
- Attend site meetings and progress review meetings.
- Handle technical and commercial correspondence.
Quality & Safety
- Implement QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Enforce safety standards and EHS requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of Bridge Construction Methodologies.
- Knowledge of IRC, IS Codes, MORTH Specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret Civil & Electrical Drawings.
- Expertise in Project Planning using MS Project / Primavera.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong negotiation and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
