Job Title: CSR Head (Corporate Social Responsibility Head)Job Summary
The CSR Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and initiatives. The role focuses on creating sustainable social impact, ensuring compliance with CSR regulations, building community partnerships, and aligning CSR activities with the company's vision and values.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
- Develop and execute the company's CSR strategy and annual CSR plan.
- Identify social, environmental, and community development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSR programs.
Program Management
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate CSR projects and initiatives.
- Manage CSR budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with NGOs, government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable CSR laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of CSR activities.
- Prepare CSR reports for management, board meetings, and regulatory submissions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at CSR-related events, conferences, and community programs.
- Collaborate with departments to encourage employee participation in CSR initiatives.
Impact Assessment & Reporting
- Monitor project outcomes and measure social impact.
- Prepare detailed impact assessment reports and presentations.
- Recommend improvements and new initiatives based on performance evaluations.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the CSR team.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Sustainability, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, social development, or community engagement roles.
- Strong knowledge of CSR regulations, social impact assessment, and project management.
