1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts.
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
3. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
4. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
5. Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
6. Audit Support
- Assist internal and external auditors during audits.
- Provide necessary documentation and explanations.
7. Budgeting & Expense Monitoring
- Track company expenses and budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
