About the Job
We are seeking an engaging and result-oriented Aptitude Trainer to join our team at Takshashila University, Tindivanam (Tamil Nadu). In this role, you will be responsible for training and preparing students for competitive campus placements, corporate assessments, and entrance exams. If you have a passion for simplified teaching and a proven track record of boosting students' problem-solving skills.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Deliver interactive sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Shortcut Methods: Teach time-saving tricks, mental math, and analytical strategies to improve speed and accuracy.
- Mock Assessments: Design, conduct, and evaluate regular mock tests aligned with the latest corporate recruitment patterns.
- Progress Monitoring: Identify individual student gaps, provide personalized feedback, and host dedicated doubt-clearing sessions.
- Material Creation: Update and maintain high-quality aptitude questions, worksheets, and study resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as an Aptitude/Placement Trainer.
- Education: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong mathematical or analytical background.
- Subject Expertise: Complete mastery over arithmetic, algebra, geometry, modern math, and logical puzzles.
- Communication: Strong classroom management abilities and excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
Job Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skill set).
