About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by building a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, online research, company websites, and lead generation tools.
- Research target companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases with relevant contact information.
- Qualify leads based on predefined business criteria.
- Support outbound email campaigns and cold outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to achieve lead generation targets.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead information and communication history.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics and prepare reports.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation platforms.
- Strong internet research and data mining skills.
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation and sales processes.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets
